RareLink requires tracking on every order. The choice between Plain White Envelope (PWE) and Bubble Mailer With Tracking (BMWT) comes down to value and inspection-window risk.
Under $20: PWE with tracking
- Penny sleeve + top-loader + team bag
- USPS First-Class with tracking (~$1.50)
- No signature required
$20–$250: BMWT
- Sleeve + top-loader (or semi-rigid for graded)
- Bubble mailer, 4"x8"
- USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Mail with tracking
$250–$1000: BMWT + signature confirmation
- Same packing as above
- USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation
- Add $50–500 insurance via Shipsurance or Pirate Ship
$1000+: Insured Priority + signature, every time
- Slab in a graded card mailer, then bubble
- USPS Priority Express with full insurance
- Signature confirmation always
- Contact support before listing unusually high-value cards
Photo your packing
Take a packing photo before sealing. It is your best evidence if a buyer claims the card arrived damaged.
